Iain McKenzie is Group MD (EMEA).
He has 25 years experience in the Telecommunications market with a career that started at Nortel. Iain joined a Mettoni company as Managing Director in 1994 and took the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2000. Two years later he held the position of Chairman of the Mettoni group . Iain is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants(FCMA) and has an MBA from London Business School (Sloan Fellowship).

Alex Black is Chief Technology Officer for Mettoni and leads the strategy, research and development of software products for Arc Solutions. Alex started his career in aeronautics and became a systems programmer for BAe. He spent 13 years working for Digital (DEC) where he was the Technical Director for the global finance business. Alex then worked for P&P and GE Capital in the field of acquisitions prior to forming a strategy consulting business helping businesses develop strategies to address the emerging Internet market. Alex held senior strategy and product roles in Logicalis, SNSL/Omnetica. Most recently Alex was Strategy Director of Affiniti.

Patrick Gallagher is Managing Director of Enghouse in Asia Pacific and is responsible for Sales and Operations across Australia, NZ and Asia. Educated at the University of Sydney, Patrick has had over 20 years experience in telecommunications. Having secured a scholarship program with IBM in 1990, Patrick developed a strong technical background, working for key technology companies such as Telstra. Patrick was a founding Director of Vocom Systems achieving year on year growth until he relocated to the UK when he joined the Mettoni Group as General Manager of the contact centre division. In 2006 Patrick relocated back to Australia where he now runs operations across the Asia Pacific region for Enghouse.
